Back on the track..
Well, Let's get ahead of ourselves a little bit. Those Annoying Reptilian Variances (and/or) Measurement Errors act something like this.
But if you know how to harness them, you can use them to your advantage, summoning more desirable Demons instead of chaotic ones (like the ones which may stick their "part" in your ear).

SEM (Summoning Evil Monsters, a.k.a Structural Equations Modeling)
If you've been such a talented follower of this dark and possessed path, that you've already had a Demon stuck his "part" in your ear 👹->👂, you can change the Observable Variables you have used to summon that demon (Latent Variable), as the demons we summon…

Dear fellow cravers of the dark realms of S.E.M ,
Yesterday I had a meeting with two Master Demon Summoners,
and the results of the meeting made me sure we are on the right track here.
We will have a few more general, high-level, getting-ourselves-familiar-with-the-whole-idea posts,
and then we will start from the very basics—the essential basics.
We'll also combine some basic R coding with our basic-essential posts.
Don't worry if you get nothing from these general posts.
(Or have panic attacks... It's your choice.)

. . So we have the 70th subscriber here 👽
Greetings The 70th subscriber! What a delight! ☘️
Just as 40 is considered a Holy Number in some cultures, 70 is also regarded as sacred.
However, this time, let's embrace this Holiness, as it may bring Fairies 🧚🏻♀️ and Mermaids 🧜🏻♀️ to join our collection of Demons.
And for bestowing such holiness upon us, there is a special gift for you:
I put a spell on you.
This song is dedicated to you, The 70th subscriber:

“I think that it’s extraordinarily important that we in computer science keep fun in computing. When it started out, it was an awful lot of fun. Of course, the paying customers got shaded every now and then, and after a while we began to take their complaints seriously. We began to feel as if we really were responsible for the successful, error-free perfect use of these machines. I don’t think we are. I think we’re responsible for stretching them, seeing them off in new directions, and keeping fun in the house. I hope the field of computer science never loses its sense of fun. Above all, I hope we don’t become missionaries. Don’t feel as if you’re Bible salesmen. The world has too many of those already. What you know about computing other people will learn. Don’t feel as if the key to successful computing is only in your hands. What’s in your hands, I think and hope, is intelligence: the ability to see the machine as more than when you were first led up to it, that you can make it more.”

We have followed this kind of approach toward Statistical science, Coding, and Structural Equations Modeling in particular,
. . . And we intend to continue doing so.
