Current gen VSG are safe to fire once assembled correctly and safety checked, as this slot in the bolt carrier does not allow the sear to come forward if the bolt is not properly indexed. Check the fitment of this part on existing models to be sure.

The VAST uses standard "milspec" semi auto triggers and standard safety assemblies, and functions using a 3d printed BCG insert battery safety and ramp. The springloaded triangular sear pushes the trigger back into the forward position and holds it there until the notch on the rear of the insert allows the user to pull the trigger

Just a quick extra thing to throw in this months piles. This is a dummy AKM bayonet that prints in 3 parts for wargames. It requires no proprietary hardware.

It doesnt fit on a rifle or in an AK bayonet scabbard because it is simplified with no hardware and the blade is wider and rounded for safety.

Theres an AR15 barrel nut in there somewhere, and thats a 9mm AR15 barrel. It took some doing but I am proud of it.
