یه موقع هست رو کامپیوتر ویپیان ندارید مثلا میخواین تلگرام رو تو اون بالا بیارید این روش بهتون کمک میکنه.
در آخر در تلگرام گزینه
use system proxy settings
رو فعال کنید تا تلگرام وصل بشه.

تنظیم پروکسی:در Settings > Wi-Fi، روی نام شبکه هاتاسپات ضربه بزنید.
در بخش HTTP Proxy، گزینه Manual را انتخاب کنید.
Server (مثلاً 192.168.43.1) و Port (مثلاً 8080) از Every Proxy را وارد کنید.
تنظیمات را ذخیره کنید.
