October 21, 2024 (A15 stable):
*Updated to Android 15 stable
*Fixed a severe bug in Google's code for determining memory bandwidth requirements of various processors in the SoC (this should fix many stutters across the entire phone)
*Fixed a severe Google bug in the Pixel 8 (shiba) touchscreen driver which could cause random reboots or glitchy touchscreen functionality
*Fixed random device shut downs due to high temperature even when the phone wasn't hot, caused by faulty temperature readings (affects all prior versions of my kernel)
*Fixed an issue in Google's code for notifying the scheduler of the CPU's thermal throttle status (improves performance when the CPU is thermal throttled)
*Fixed severe out-of-bounds memory accesses in Google's updated Android 15 battery driver, which could cause random reboots
*Fixed issues with various hardware components sometimes not getting initialized correctly during boot (e.g., sometimes when you booted up your phone the touchscreen wouldn't work and you'd have to reboot to get it working)
*Fixed several memory leaks and out-of-bounds memory accesses in Broadcom's WiFi driver
*Improved battery life significantly with improvements to the scheduler to be smarter about using the Cortex-X3 core, without reducing performance
*Improved boot up time
*Made timerfd and epoll wake locks more denoscriptive by adding the responsible PID to the name of the wake lock (so you can see which process is responsible for the wake lock)
*Fixed flashing via recovery

December 12, 2024 (A15 stable):
*Updated to December security patch
*Improved the CPU governor for massively better performance and overall smoothness
*Greatly enhanced the scheduler's ability to track CPU load, for better overall performance
*Greatly improved sustained performance when the CPU is thermal throttled, such as during gaming
*Improved battery life as a result of the significant scheduler improvements
*Improved my RAM speed governor for better performance during short bursts of high-intensity CPU load
*Fixed a huge bug in my IRQ balancer (SBalance) that caused it to never work correctly, improving overall performance
*Backported a stability fix from a newer version of the mali GPU driver, to fix a bug introduced in the December mali driver upgrade
*Added TTL/HL netfilter modules

January 20, 2025 (A15 stable):
*Google didn't release a January kernel update for the Pixel 8 series, so there is no security patch update for the kernel this month
*Fixed libperfmgr high CPU usage, improves overall battery drain
*Improved power consumption during idle and light/medium activity
*Improved zRAM compression speed
*Reduced memperfd CPU usage

May 7, 2025 (A15 stable):
*Updated to May security patch
*Fixed visual stutters while connected to certain WiFi networks (caused by a WiFi optimization I made 2 years ago)
*Fixed some types of CPU thermal throttling not working (caused by one of my schedutil optimizations)
*Improved kernel slab memory utilization

Google did not update the kernel at all in the October 2025 security patch. Therefore, you can continue to use the September 9, 2025 kernel on the October 2025 security patch.
