• The swap may take 0-72 hours.

• The swap fee is non-refundable under any condition.

• I will not be responsible if your username got trademarked - hacked before, during, or after the swap.

• In the rare event I lose your username, you will be fully refunded its full value; however, the swap fee is non-refundable.

• I will NOT be responsible for anything apart from losing the swap, including but not limited to bans, locks, or anything of that sort.

• If I lost a swap and I find undeniable evidence that you or an accomplice targeted the username, you will not be refunded anything.

• Once I send you the account's info I am not responsible for anything, I expect you to secure it and change all passwords. Do not accuse me of pullbacks.
