• The swap may take 0-24 hours.

• The swap fee is non-refundable under any condition .

• I will not be responsible if your username got trademarked before, during, or after the swap.

• In the rare event I lose your username, you will be fully refunded its full value; however, the swap fee is non-refundable.

• I will NOT be responsible for anything apart from losing the swap, including but not limited to bans, locks, or anything of that sort.

• If I lost a swap and I find undeniable evidence that you or an accomplice targeted the username, you will not be refunded anything.

• Once I send you the account's info I am not responsible for anything, I expect you to secure it and change all passwords. Do not accuse me of pullbacks.

• If any other unexpected issues happen, especially those on instagram's end, such as server outages, or anything else that would affect the account or swap process, I will not be responsible.

• ( Check the username if it is not swappable. If the username is not swappable and you have initiated the swap and lost the username, I will not be responsible at all )

• Swaps normally require a bypass, which is a workaround to circumvent the 14 day wait. If my bypass fails and the username goes to void, I will claim the username after the void period (14-30 days) free of charge, but I expect you to have patience and not rush me as it's out of my control. You will not be refunded, you will receive the username after the void period ends.
