System redeployment in preparation for Main Net launch

Synesians, we're so close to launching the world's first web3 AI data crowdsourcing platform on Solana main net 🔥

In preparation for main net launch, the dev team needs to redeploy the system to incorporate the community feedback, conduct bug fixes, and add new features on the platform.

Next steps and timeline:
✅ validations are on going for the recent campaigns that just closed

✅ target system deployment: earliest is Friday this week

✅ new campaigns will be posted after system deployment

Our latest sprint had amazing resutls!

:: 15,725 submissions, 15,723 fully validated!!
Who owns those 2 submissions? 😅

✅ Continuously improving approval rate
:: 9,908 approved / 5,815 rejected
:: 63% approval rate!! 🙌

:: back in mid-January, our weekly approval rate was 38%, then it continuously improved week by week to 42, 45, 54, 55, 58... and for last week it was 68%! The total approval rate for the latest set of campaigns was 63%

:: we're crediting multiple reasons for this
1) tiered rewards, rewarding better builders higher to motivate them
2) daily submission caps, preventing spams
3) our OGs and community providing guidance and support to users

✅ Sunsetting 250 bonus SNS
Back in October 2022, the team launched a Train2Earn incentive for the pioneers of DYF: 250 bonus SNS for every 30 approved submissions. This promotion will end next week, after the current sprint.

6 months ago we had around 30 builders and 1,000 weekly submissions.

Today, we have:
:: ~150 active users (builders and validators)
:: 15,000+ submissions just for the most recent sprint
:: 5 active guilds, with members from all over the world :globe:
:: and hundreds more wanting to join Train2Earn 🔥

We've implemented a lot of improvements and built a great platform together. There's a lot more work to be done and we're grateful to have @everyone in this community with us.

:: You'll notice that there are some Thai campaigns. Please don't submit under these campaigns. Mind AI Thai team are conducting workshops in Bangkok this week

:: For those requesting multiple devnet NFTs, the moderators are tracking these wallet addresses. You'll forfeit your rewards from multiple wallets. Once we're on main net and requiring Kanon NFTs to be staked, this issue should be resolved

✅ Reminder from Mind AI architects, our client
:: Please make sure to read the denoscription and follow the context of the conversation. If not all validated utterances will be rejected.

:: Also, keep in mind that utterances that builders provide must be fit into the chatbot environment. Be truthful and write on your own words.

✅ Consider joining Synesis Academy Guild
:: Remember that the higher approval rate that you have, the higher rewards you'll get. This will continue on main net, and will even have a heavier weight since the system will take your overall approval rate from day 1 and not just your weekly approval rate

✅ You'll notice that some wallets have been highlighted. As announced last week, we've started enforcing penalties to wallets that have violations.

If your wallet is highlighted, you can hover over your address and you'll see the violation that was reported by validators and Mind AI.

Wallets that have violations will forfeit the rewards last week. If your wallet is highlighted you should open a ticket on Discord if you want to appeal for the rewards for upcoming weeks. As long as you don't repeat the violation then you can continue participating and earning rewards

For some cases though- wallets that had multiple violations and have been doing it for months despite the warnings, all their future rewards will be forfeited even if they do new submissions.

✅ Note that only a small number of builders have been flagged for violations this week. The purpose of these rules and penalties is to keep it fair for all users and to create a sustainable platform where everyone can help Train AI and Earn
