Team Restructuring and Focus
In mid-September, the Synesis One leadership team met in Seoul, South Korea for another quarterly in-person grokking session. The short, but productive period resulted in some major changes for the company.
In this article, we share a summary of the updates:
✅ Isaac Bang, formerly the Head of Growth, will now assume the role as CEO of Synesis One
✅ Paul Lee will be remaining as Cofounder and will be focusing primarily on the growth and monetization of the partnership between Mind AI and Synesis One
✅ For the foreseeable future, our singular focus will be on optimizing and monetizing the current partnership that we have with Mind AI
✅ Mind AI has signed a deal with Hyundai Motors, a huge government contract in India, and is currently in early discussions with another government entity
This means more data requirements, more campaigns on Train2Earn, and more revenue generated from the platform fees 🔥

Single Sided SNS Staking Pool Update
✅ Last April we launched another set of SNS staking pools. The staking pool with 4.5% APY was unlocked last Oct 10, 2023
✅ Don’t forget to unstake your SNS from this pool by Nov 10, 2023.
✅ SNS that is not unstaked before the expiry will be returned to the rewards pool.
✅ You can also stake your SNS again on the other pools with higher APYs of 6.5% and 8.5% that are still open! 🔥

As we bring 2023 to a close, here's a snapshot of some important stats:
✅ To recap, Synesis One is a platform that companies and developers can use to crowdsource data or data processing needs.
✅ Our application is live on the web browser, Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Solana Mobile's Saga dapp store.
✅ All data submissions are recorded on-chain. All validation votes for the data submissions are recorded on-chain. Since launching on Solana Mainnet in June, we've logged over 800K on-chain transactions for data submissions and data validations.
✅ Our builders and validators helped crowdsource over 350K data points for Mind AI
✅ Over 38MN SNS tokens have been awarded to our builders and validators this year for the work that they did to crowdsource data that's needed to train AI.
Good things are cooking, and we'll share good news as they develop in the new year!
