DOJ COVERTLY GAINS UNSUPERVISED ACCESS TO EMAILS: On 12/8/21, Judge Torres ruled the DOJ could not view PV's materials without adult supervision via the Special Master to protect our "journalistic privileges." Despite this, the DOJ had used their covert orders to gain unfettered access to PV journalists' emails, including James O'Keefe's emails, without regard to subject, relevance, or privilege.
