which 7.6 billion people could print to pay off $150,000 each, of Private debts, and $150,000 each, of Corporate debts, was sabotaged by all banks despite the Banks having no Legitimacy to trade after the 70 year expiry of the Quarantine of Gold License on 17 Aug 2015, and in contempt of the 14 June 2010 Mandate.

In September 2018, Indonesia suffered a Tsunami and in November 2018, Mr Sino was jailed for fraud, based on a fraudulent document which had been defaced from the original document of 14 June 2010 (11).

Indonesian Authorities are claiming that they cannot release Mr Sino from jail because there is a fictitious higher authority within the United Nations above Indonesia and above Mr Sino. There is not.

The presentation and Service of this original 12 signature document to all banking, financial and Government authorities of the World, proves that Mr Sino has a higher authority than all the 12 signatories who signed the document on 14 June 2010 (3).

It proves that Mr Sino is indeed the President of the United Nations and must be released immediately.

All countries are Mandated to demand the release of Mr Sino from Indonesia jail, via the President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, immediately, and give Mr Sino full support to Mandate the Divine Mission to distribute the Prosperity Payments 1-11 within 24 hours of his release.
