- New Whaling national spirits added to all Antarctic claims
**Bug Fixes**
- Fixed subid for Christian Democracy misspelling Christian
- Tooltip for Healthcare Quality Socdev now displays properly when it is decreasing
- Replaced a bunch of recruitable_population_factor effects with connoscription_factor
- Fixed a bunch of long party names that were formatted incorrectly
- Cleaned up UI for Equipment in Field tabs in Navy and Air Overview with minor adjustments to the Army Overview version
- Ratiu election gamerule now lists the correct prereqs
- Burgundy no longer uses esoteric Aryan magic to duplicate its navy in order to send half to Antarctica on a quest to reach the Hollow Earth
- Added missing tooltip for Bennett deciding to repeal tariffs
- Ikeda Reform gamerule now works if choose the liberal route
- Fixed China's Technology focus adding an idea present from game-start
- Battle of Sichuan gamerule no longer sometimes triggers the opposite outcome if playing as China

- Second to last event in Sorbonne/Imperial 1970 election chain now has multiple options for each city instead of letting Braga campaign in both cities
- Fixed Lacerda Oil Crisis chain triggering the opposite event based on UDN economic alignment
- Lacerda now triggers the correct reaction event if Vargas Jr wins 1970 election
- Adhemar passing the Healthcare bill now triggers the correct event based on how Edna was handled

- South Atlantic War decisions to call in/invade other countries now appear at the start of the war, although they are locked until escalation reaches 60%
