Laying out.
Or just relaxing.
I do this 3 times a week even if it’s for 30min.
It helps, and with all of the insanity going on it’s great to decompress.

Tomorrow my surgery starts at 1:30pm est.
I should be home around 4, God willing.
I know I’m in good hands, and I’m ready to get back to feeling like my old self again.
I know this is a testament of strength from God to help me grow as a man.
This is my biggest fear.
And I will conquer it with God’s comforting presence.
