Why, it's just completely gone missing and/or been destroyed!

Omarova also wants to destroy local banks and require ALL deposits to be held at the Fed.
Yes, THAT Fed.
These deposits would be held in what she calls "FedAccounts" at the Federal Reserve - and BOY, wouldn't that just make it oh so easy and convenient to financially cancel and deperson someone the Federal Government deems a naughty little wrongthinker!
Or perhaps corporations you wanted to kill off...

Basically, President Biden has nominated Mr. Potter from “It’s a Wonderful Life” to be one of America’s most important bank regulators. Her plan would shut down George Bailey’s Building & Loan.
Republicans are basically nowhere to be found on this. They're probably hoping they can fold quietly and keep their heads down for long enough that their respective constituencies, too preoccupied with chanting "LET'S GO BRANDON!" won't even realize what has happened, and by the time they do, they'll have already lost access to banking, loans, cash, and their social security.
Oh yeah, did I forget to mention that? Hey Boomers! Guess what! You won't be eligible to get your social security checks unless you transfer all your assets into one of these FedAccounts under Omarova's new plan!
That's right, that juicy spigot you enjoy and planned your entire retirement around will suddenly be shut off, and you'll be stuck working as a Wal-Mart greeter until you're 85 so you don't have to resort to eating cat food out of the tin for dinner.
