ورود به دانشگاه آغاز مرحله‌ای تازه و مهم از زندگی است؛ مرحله‌ای که می‌تواند همراه با هیجان، نگرانی و تغییرات گوناگون باشد. طبیعی است اگر در این مسیر گاهی احساس سردرگمی، اضطراب یا فشار روانی را تجربه کنید. به خودتان زمان بدهید، از مقایسه مداوم خود با دیگران پرهیز کنید و در صورت نیاز، حتماً از خدمات مشاوره‌ای دانشگاه بهره‌مند شوید. توجه و مراقبت از سلامت جسم و به‌ویژه سلامت روان، نقش اساسی در موفقیت تحصیلی، سازگاری با محیط دانشگاه و رشد فردی شما دارد. بدین‌وسیله از شما دعوت می‌شود در اسرع وقت و مطابق با تاریخ‌های اعلام‌شده، جهت پایش سلامت جسم و روان به مرکز پایش سلامت دانشگاه واقع در مرکز تحقیقات پزشکی ورزشی (خیابان جلال آل‌احمد، بعد از پل گیشا، روبه‌روی درمانگاه بیمارستان شریعتی، پلاک ۷، طبقه دوم) مراجعه فرمایید.

Give yourself time, avoid constantly comparing yourself to others, and if necessary, be sure to benefit from the university's counseling services. Paying attention to and caring for your physical health, and especially your mental health, plays a fundamental role in your academic success, adaptation to the university environment, and personal growth. You are hereby invited to visit the University Health Monitoring Center located in the Sports Medicine Research Center (Jalal Al-Ahmad Street, after Gisha Bridge, opposite Shariati Hospital Clinic, No. 7, 2nd floor) as soon as possible and according to the announced dates to monitor your physical and mental health.

Health Insurance Enrollment Announcement
for International Students
All international students are hereby informed that, in accordance with the current laws and regulations of the country, health insurance coverage will become mandatory for all international students as of 1 Bahman 1404 (Jan 21st, 2026). This insurance will enable students to benefit from health, medical, and drug services at all public medical centers across the country.
In line with the supportive policies for international students in the current year, part of the health insurance cost will be covered by this Vice-Chancellorship, and the remaining amount must be paid by the students.

Accordingly, all international students are required to visit the Financial Affairs Department (Dameshgh Building, Number 21), no later than 15 Dey (5th Jan,2026) of the current year, with a bank card, and pay the amount of 25,980,000 IRR for the issuance of one-year health insurance coverage.
Important Notes:
The annual insurance premium is determined and announced by the Health Insurance Organization.
It is emphasized that after 1 Bahman 1404( 21st,2026) , As insurance has become mandatory, the International Student Affairs Office will not issue hospital referral letters, and the university will not pay or refund any medical expenses for students who do not have valid health insurance.

تعطیلی موقت باشگاه های چمران و فتحی

▫️به اطلاع شما عزیزان میرساند
باشگاه‌های چمران و فتحی به علت برگزاری مسابقات والیبال دختران، از فردا تا ۱۶ دی‌ماه برای پسران و دختران تعطیل می‌باشند.

▫️شایان ذکر است سانس‌های تمرین فوتسال ویژه پسران فقط در روزهای سه‌شنبه و پنجشنبه طبق برنامه برقرار خواهد بود.

▫️همچنین دانشجویان دختر می‌توانند جهت تماشای مسابقات والیبال در محل برگزاری حضور داشته باشند.
