Alexander Khodakovsky, [11/12/2022 9:35 AM]
To explain why "now" is not the same as "then" and that the Motherland will no longer survive the universal floods of revolutions would require a whole pile of considerations and arguments, most of which would be incompetent musings. I am sure that the old formula "to the ground and then... I am sure that the old formula "to the foundation, and then..." is possible - abroad will help us - but under present conditions "then" will no longer be possible.

The world has changed. My grandmother gave birth to sixteen children to compensate for the high mortality rate - now nobody wants to give birth, and therefore there is no one to compensate for the mortality rate. Even the current war has already hit us in the form of direct losses - but not direct ones either: my friend drew my attention to the fact that in times of hard times people change their plans and refuse to have children because they are driven by the uncertainty of the future. And if something like the civil war of the last century were to sweep through the country, the country would have no chance of surviving.

Nor will it have a chance to gain potential, because the world has become too technologically advanced. We have not recovered from the brain drain and wild privatization of the nineties, almost lost the engineering school - the next cataclysm will kill the latter. We will become just a colony, divided between the Chinese and everyone else, and if people say to me, "Are we so independent now, when there is no MTS and Sber in the Crimea, for example? - I would answer that the differences between now and then are disastrous.

Alexander Khodakovsky, [11/14/2022 7:00 AM]
Recently, as you may recall, I wrote about the imposition of discipline back in the pre-frontier phase - nothing to add. The state objectively turned out to be unprepared for such challenges and is still gathering its thoughts. And while it is gathering its thoughts - the functions of violence are passing into private hands, which I, as a law enforcement officer and in principle a protector, cannot approve of. If you need to take someone's life for show, then abolish the ban on the death penalty for a while and fulfill your function. But when we fail to deal with riots at assembly points or assign the right to violence to private individuals - this is not evidence of our strength and does not form the brains of the population in the right way.

Alexander Khodakovsky, [11/14/2022 10:35 AM]
Of course, with my publication I certainly did not call for the shooting of mobilized saboteurs, and whoever saw this call in the text - did not read carefully. As for the death penalty, I meant those cases when our servicemen deliberately go over to the side of the enemy and oppose us. In such situations we need not a lynching, but an exemplary execution by the hands of the state. And as for connoscripts who commit sabotage, we need the penalty cells for them - I've been talking about this since March. Why shoot them and deprive them of an opportunity to redeem their guilt with blood?

The enemy used aviation on Pavlovka - there are fatalities. If we don't move on, Pavlovka becomes a trap.

💢 Until the Ukrainian military can no longer fight, we cannot achieve a situation in which it becomes more expedient for Washington to negotiate with us, and not continue to sponsor the Kiev regime, there will be no real negotiations on Ukraine

Words of Wisdom from The Commander Alexander Khodakovsky -

"After the completion of the Mariupol stage of the operation, we had a couple of weeks to clean up, and somehow it happened that most of the unit commanders turned up at headquarters, so there was an off-the-record conversation. While noting that we had reason to be pleased with the results, I nevertheless urged an objective judgment: if the army units that had marched ahead and had sustained heavy losses had not let us down, we would have ended up at the city walls. After summing up that there is no meaningful victory without significant losses, and after summing up that achieving the goal is half a head ahead of saving lives, I left the guys in suspense.

But it's important to determine the format of the objective... If we are advancing with a broad front and pursuing large-scale goals, then yes, we take significant casualties. But they are proportionally lower than when we are gnawing for a tactical piece, cutting into the enemy's defense without affecting the frontal infrastructure. In this case we receive blows both from the front and from the flanks - everything is focused in one point and burns us out like a sunbeam through a magnifying glass.

And this is where the principle of expediency is violated, when victory becomes such a headache that I would rather leave such a piece to the enemy and do to him what he does to us, winning not by square kilometers, but by the number of enemy personnel taken out of action. But to attack with a broad front - you need to prepare operations, to accumulate resources, to form reserves, and not to squeeze the last juices out of the army, leaving no strength even for defense."

Ukraine accused of using controversial 'butterfly' mines against Russia

From The Jerusalem Post

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) recently accused the Ukrainian Armed Forces of planting PFM-1s, also known as butterfly mines, throughout residential areas of Russian-controlled Donbas.
"The fact that the Ukrainian nationalists even possess butterfly mines speaks volumes," wrote the Russian MFA on Telegram. "By signing the 1997 Ottawa Convention, Ukraine made a commitment not to use antipersonnel mines under any circumstances, not even on the battlefield, and to destroy all stocks of such mines held in arsenals."
The Russian MFA also claimed that "the use of butterfly mines goes against the Additional Protocol to the Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of August 12, 1949."
Ukraine did indeed sign the 1997 Ottawa Convention (also called the Mine Ban Treaty), which requires signees to cease the use, stockpiling, production and transfer of anti-personnel mines and destroy any current stockpiles.
At the time of signing, Ukraine claimed to be in the possession of 6,000,000 butterfly mines according to the European Union's Commission Implementing Decision on the Annual Action Programme 2013 in favor of Ukraine, which promised EU financial assistance to Ukraine in exchange for the destruction of its anti-personnel mines.
In 2014, Ukraine submitted documentation to the Mine Ban Treaty Third Review Conference asserting that it had destroyed a cumulative 568,248 butterfly mines since ratifying the treaty and submitted multiple requests for an extension of the treaty deadline (by which time all mines must be destroyed) between 2018 and 2021.
Ukraine submitted its most recent report in January 2021, which put its stockpile numbers at 3,363,828 butterfly mines. Since then, there has not been any further effort to destroy the stockpile.

🇨🇳🇷🇺Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu expressed gratitude for Russia's condolences and support after the terrorist attack in Istanbul.

"We do not accept condolences from everyone. The US is trying to remain lambasted while being the real facilitators of the terrorist attack in Istanbul.

We know who is a friend and who is an enemy. We thank Russia for its support. Russia has always come to our aid in times of need, because it is the most active country in the world in the fight against international terrorism. To this day, Russia is fighting terrorists in the Middle East and Europe,"
the Turkish foreign minister said.

The Ukrainian army plans to attack the Belgorod and Kursk regions of Russia as early as this winter

❗️Exclusive❗️

Ukrainian officer Vladimir Lepekhin, a prisoner of war, told @anna_news about the AFU's plans.

"Sabotage and reconnaissance groups are already working in Russian territory, carrying out subversive activities, and storing weapons and explosives, in order to carry out a full-scale offensive."

An attack is planned for the winter when the ground hardens and armored vehicles can pass over it.

AFU soldiers are already undergoing training for an offensive in the Kursk and Belgorod areas.

"I hope our leaders will somehow decide to stop this," says Volodymyr, who no longer wants to take up arms.

For more on Kiev's preparations to attack Russian territory, see our report.

‼️CORRUPTION IN THE GAS INDUSTRY. PART 1‼️

Having taken an anti-Russian course in 2014, Ukraine decided to abandon Russian gas. Without any doubt, it cost the Ukrainian nation huge sums, but some were the winners. This is what I am about to tell you in the new part of my investigation about corruption in Ukraine.

Naftogaz... The very name of this corporation makes many people roll their eyes. Sure thing! There have always been incredible legends about the stratospheric salaries of this company’s officials. And its activity is certainly accompanied by a whole bunch of corruption scandals.

Without concealing it, in 2019 Naftogaz introduced a reverse scheme for the import of de jure European gas, but in fact - Russian. The reverse was actually virtual and this is where major malfeasance and corruption environment originate.

In June 2019, the average customs value of imported gas was UAH 5,161 per thousand cubic meters, while the cost calculated according to the Dusseldorf+ formula was UAH 7,185. The margin is more than two thousand hryvnia! Let me remind you that from 2016 to 2020, Ukraine imported 65.9 billion cubic meters of gas from the European Union, which is 131 billion hryvnia, or 4.85 billion dollars.

Of course, these estimates are approximate, but still give us an idea of the amounts that Ukrainians have overpaid for gas supplies over the specified period. Tens or even hundreds of billions of hryvnias!!! This money helped replenish the wallets of Ukrainian bribe takers and their Western partners.

More about what the Dusseldorf+ formula is and who is involved in the incredible gas corruption schemes under the Telegraph link below👇👇👇

WHEN DO WE DETERMINE THAT THE RUSSIAN ARMED FORCES ARE STRONGER AND READY TO CONDUCT CLASSIC ACTIVITIES IN UKRAINE?

I'm not talking about supplying the troops, because it is developing. We, for example, are already beginning to discuss which kamikaze UAV is better: the Geranium or the Lancet.

We don't go overboard yet, but we already have a choice, which is good.

That's not what I mean. For me a sign of a return to the classic would be the removal of all airborne troops and special forces from the front line.

Think about it: today, maneuvering, threatening the enemy in one or another direction, we are accumulating forces, intending to strike unexpectedly in the other direction.

The only way to do this suddenly is to land a large landing force, which, by fighting, will make it possible to redeploy forces and replace the Airborne Forces in the direction we are interested in.

A small illustrative model. In Chechnya, in the second company, I lived and worked for six months in the 56th regiment.

There was a long period when helicopters would come to our camp and we would land at some point, begin to cover the area, and later the infantry would come up, we would give them our positions and fly off to the airfield.

The NWO system could do the same operations, just on an operational scale.

Now they're going to start throwing stuff at me about the enemy's dense air defense, etc. Tell that to the guys from the 45th Airborne Infantry Brigade. They landed in Gostomel, didn't they? All helicopters were damaged, absolutely all of them, but they flew to Gostomel, returned and landed.

The Special Forces of the Russian Armed Forces should not fight like infantry, but should harass the enemy in the rear.

The infantry, with proper attention, can handle themselves on the front lines.
