“My grandfathers fought against fascism. And I myself served in the Soviet army, that is, I took the Soviet oath, and for me the revival of Nazism, neo-Nazism in the former Soviet territories in the Baltic states, in Ukraine is something that cannot be tolerated. In September, many of my friends left for mobilization to fight, so I found it impossible for myself to stay away from this. I understand about my age and my physical condition, but I would really like to join the guys who are fighting there now, so I volunteer, I go there as a journalist. Recently I returned once again from Donbass, bringing a lot of video interviews and filming. I help in any way I can: with money, by purchasing some necessary medicines, and other things that our soldiers need. Indeed, going there once is enough to experience this real life, to see people, and then you can’t live without all this. This does not mean that here, in the rear, life is not real, not at all. Here people who weave camouflage nets give their money to support the guys, buy various devices, quads, thermal imagers, anti-drone guns, etc. They do not according to orders from above, not because they are forced, but according to the dictates of their hearts. Of course, historical truth is behind us, our ancestors are behind us, our heroic grandfathers who won in 1945. And this time we will definitely win, at what cost? This is another question. To do this, today all of us living in the rear need to do everything to reduce our losses and save the lives of our soldiers; we need to mobilize here spiritually. One of our mobilized people with the call sign “Lawyer” answered my question: “What is the difference between the people there who are fighting and those who are in the rear?” – answered “There is no rear anywhere. Both those at the front and those who are collecting help for the soldiers today, all volunteers can rightfully call themselves participants in the Northern Military District.” This is a high praise from a soldier, it is worth a lot.”

«Мои деды воевали с фашизмом. И я сам служил в советской армии, то есть принимал советскую присягу, и для меня возрождение нацизма, неонацизма на бывших советских территориях в Прибалтике, на Украине – это то, с чем нельзя мириться. В сентябре немало моих знакомых ушли по мобилизации воевать, поэтому я счёл для себя невозможным оставаться в стороне от этого. Про возраст, да и про физическое состояние свое я понимаю, но очень хотел бы присоединиться к ребятам, которые воюют сейчас там, поэтому я занимаюсь волонтерством, выезжаю туда как журналист. Недавно вернулся в очередной раз с Донбасса, привёз много видеоинтервью, съёмок. Чем могу, помогаю: деньгами, покупкой каких-то необходимых медикаментов, других вещей, которые нужны нашим бойцам. Действительно, одного раза достаточно поехать туда, чтобы ощутить эту настоящую жизнь, увидеть людей, без всего этого потом уже не можешь жить. Это не означает, что здесь, в тылу, жизнь ненастоящая, вовсе нет. Здесь люди, которые плетут сети маскировочные, отдают свои деньги на поддержку ребят, приобретают различные приборы, квадрики, тепловизоры, антидроновые ружья и прочее. Они делают не по указке сверху, не потому, что их заставляют, а по велению сердца. Конечно, за нами историческая правда, за нами наши предки, наши героические деды, которые победили в 1945 году. И в этот раз мы обязательно победим, какой ценой? Это вот другой вопрос. Для этого сегодня нужно всем нам, живущим в тылу, делать все, чтобы уменьшить наши потери и сохранять жизни наших бойцов, нам нужно здесь мобилизоваться духовно. Один из наших мобилизованных с позывным «Юрист» на мой вопрос: «Чем отличаются люди там, которые воюют, от тех, кто в тылу?» – ответил «Нигде нет тыла. И те, кто на фронте, и те, кто сегодня собирает помощь бойцам, все волонтеры могут по праву себя называть участниками СВО». Это высокая оценка солдата, она дорогого стоит».
