This is spot on. My son has been in the army for 2 years. He hasn't even been on exercise, all the skills he gained in his training are gone. He goes to the ranges twice a year and his weapon isn't even zeroed in, he's told to aim off. When he practices setting up equipment that doesn't work nobody is interested in getting it fixed. He is told to maintain obsolete kit that cannot be used with NATO forces. Nobody is held accountable for these failings, but its the same across all publc services, NHS,police, schools. The money is going somewhere, but it's not to anything that benefits society and our way of life. "

I've been a target under billions of pounds of military hardware attack and survived for many years, why? I try stay many steps ahead of the threats inbound.

Are the UFO/USO in the Atlantic/Pacific hostile? Answer, atm, nobody seems to really know (can't say what I've been trying to make happen here but I've been vocal in secret circles ... about a few bits of science we should be trying to do) ...

Thus, if we can't rule out they're hostile, next level prepping demands ... we start to consider how to survive UFO attack ... Rule number one of any warzone: never lose your situational awareness.

Very basics might be to over time find yourself living in a building with a cellar/underground area. I started implementing this ... and one of the two locations I now have access to, does have an underfloor area (which now has floor put in etc) ... earth is usually the best protection from weapon(s) ... And if you can't get completely surrounded by earth (i.e. overhead as well), four sides and the floor is better than no sides.

If out and about the best I could come up with was this: find the nearest underground car park (temporary shelter, but most are open access 24/7).
