I would also back up Edwards recommendation, though not using Qubes myself atm, I've been meaning to give it a spin since it first came out.

Essentially (in my limited understanding) Qubes creates 'mini-virtual machines' for each task (programme, or part thereof, e.g. browser tab); thus a compromise fails to obtain anything but the limited data in that one process.

If you're not very good with computers I would recommend first jumping off Windows, onto Ubuntu.com (Linux), then or better, debian.org

For anyone incessantly harassed using their PC's ... debian would get rid of much of your problems. Worth every penny in time, spent learning to make the jump.

9 Aug 2020: 2 Medical Doctors in Houston have agreed to remove implants and chips. About $250 - $550 for the procedure. One was successfully removed last week from a Targeted Individual - it was a pet device. If you have an implant that is obvious, call several local doctors and ask if they will perform a removal. If they ask you to see a psychiatrist or psychologist for screening - then avoid them. You can find doctors (plastic surgeons) that will remove them as minor surgery - keep asking around. Portable Ultrasound units, some as cheap as $300, can be used to image the devices. Older-style xray systems, using liquid film developer (can't be hacked) can also be used.
