Graduates will have to start repaying student loans 'once their salary hits £22,000' under Government plans to raise an extra £2.5billion…
Presently, student loans only have to be paid back if graduates earn £27,295 annually, but new plans could force those on average incomes to pay an extra £475 to the Treasury per year.

TI DAVID RUBLE INVENTS THE WORLD'S FIRST HAVANA SYNDROME DETECTOR!
Here is David's explanation for how it works:
"It basically works off a CMOS energy collector. I repurposed one from an Analog camera and they are blocked off from light so they receive no photons at all. I found out accidentally and through many tests, these were picking up anomalies in the same directions of other RF gear with directional antennas. V2K was observed in the data as well. This is work to refine what they are detecting but using the sensor with an ADC (Analog to Digital converter) and analyzing the data with custom software on a Raspberry Pi Zero. The resulting data readings are being displayed on a small OLED screen. I am still finishing up calibration to prevent false positives and not miss what should be a hit but I expect to have it dialed in by this weekend so I can ship it off to [the Army].
The simplest way to see it in action is to get a simple Analog CMOS camera. (Like used in FPV) and connect it to an LCD screen with Analog video in. Remove the lens from the camera and seal it shut so no light gets in. (Light will make it harder to see the anomalies but you can still see them.) it scans through it as white lines when pointed directly at a source. I confirmed these sources with about 4 different methods that all picked up anomalies in the same exact positions and nowhere else. Under intense attacks these signals increase."
