"The Signals Intelligence mission of the NSA has evolved into a program of decoding EMF waves in the environment for wirelessly tapping into computers and tracking persons with the electrical currents in their bodies."

TI DAVID RUBLE INVENTS THE WORLD'S FIRST HAVANA SYNDROME DETECTOR!
Here is David's explanation for how it works:
"It basically works off a CMOS energy collector. I repurposed one from an Analog camera and they are blocked off from light so they receive no photons at all. I found out accidentally and through many tests, these were picking up anomalies in the same directions of other RF gear with directional antennas. V2K was observed in the data as well. This is work to refine what they are detecting but using the sensor with an ADC (Analog to Digital converter) and analyzing the data with custom software on a Raspberry Pi Zero. The resulting data readings are being displayed on a small OLED screen. I am still finishing up calibration to prevent false positives and not miss what should be a hit but I expect to have it dialed in by this weekend so I can ship it off to [the Army].
The simplest way to see it in action is to get a simple Analog CMOS camera. (Like used in FPV) and connect it to an LCD screen with Analog video in. Remove the lens from the camera and seal it shut so no light gets in. (Light will make it harder to see the anomalies but you can still see them.) it scans through it as white lines when pointed directly at a source. I confirmed these sources with about 4 different methods that all picked up anomalies in the same exact positions and nowhere else. Under intense attacks these signals increase."

Russia just shot down another sat (test); that's two out of two, if you've not been following space war news.

Now Putin plays havoc in space: U.S. accuses Russia of 'dangerous and irresponsible behavior' after seven ISS astronauts were forced…
US lashed out at Russia for its 'dangerous and irresponsible behavior' by conducting an anti-satellite weapons test that created a field of 1,500 pieces of debris endangering the crew of the ISS.
If the west is stupid enough to attack the bear (they are stupid enough) ... perhaps Putin to the rescue of TI's and a US/hostile sat clearout over Europe may be in order (?).

TI goes teenager?
"'Normally tics have a gradual onset, but the new ones appear suddenly,' she says. 'These patients are typically presenting from the age of 13 to 15 with florid attacks that appear overnight.
'And instead of being face and eye tics [such as twitching and eye rolling] they are full-body flailing movements and sometimes sudden-onset vocal tics, repetitive words and noises.'
Similar outbreaks are being reported by specialists in the United States, Germany, Denmark, France and Canada."
