The lower the frequency = the harder to shield (I've been reading up over the past few hours).

Thicker materials required AND MAGNETIC at the lowest levels ( = a very expensive project).

Hence, rather than e.g. encase ourselves in mu-metal faraday cages ... strip the frequencies out at source :)

A simple plug (or as recommended, no more than two per home to start out). Effective; instant; no set-up, etc .... What's not to like folks?

Dr. Giordano, recently stated in his Havana Syndrome Webinar that there is indeed evidence of civilians being targeted by energy weapons.
In the closing panel, he suggests that civilians should be tested for traumatic brain injury and then referred to the Walter Reed Hospital.
