These basic schematics are still under development. They are posted here so that others can also work on it.

Targeted Justice continues to work on a signal jammer that will block the V2K signal. We are working with an expert in the Houston area, that has developed a signal jammer for his wife - which is very effective and fully blocks the V2K while she is in the house. This device is still being developed, and is not ready to release yet.
For those that want to develop their own - here are the general specifications:

Must be analog circuits. Digital circuits are too easy for the gov’t criminals to remotely disable.
Must sweep between about 300 Mhz to 1000 Mhz. This seems to jam both the tracking and the V2K signals.
Best to use multiple antennas and/or broadband antennas.
