On December 14th 2021, in Pima County Arizona, a Criminal Trial that lasted over 3hrs was held against myself.
The Allegations are Criminal Damaging and Theft of Property, stemming from a 2018 Border Operation where #VOP worked alongside Border Patrol Agents to eliminate Cartel Water Stations being used to Smuggle Drugs and Criminals around our Check Points.
Humane Borders, a fraudulent Humanitarian Aid Group, claimed to be Victims at the Trial as they operate the Cartel Water Stations.
Interesting facts from Trial:
Humane Borders had NO PERMITS, only a Contract that is ILLEGAL under Arizona Statutes.
PCSD Detective Joyce reversed Testimony previously given to Grand Jury and committed Perjury.
Sheriff's Department acknowledged I was arrested while picking up Smuggling trash behind Robles Elementary School, not while destroying Water Station.
Testimony I provided confirmed #VOP operated lawfully with Border Patrol Agents to protect Children.
Verdict is scheduled for January 11th, 2022.
