I agreed, and made the group.
Then somebody pointed out that it made more sense to have the links in a channel.
So I made this channel for links to tech groups
(and channels, I guess, but the main focus is on groups/chats).
Feel free to send links to other tech groups to the group/chat.

In my (AceHW) opinion, it's not fair to ban somebody from groups that person hasn't even been in/to.
