The purpose of the Tech Directory is to be a listing of places on telegram (mostly groups) that are related to tech and/or Linux, excluding cryptocoins and blockchains (especially where they don't make sense and/or are just being used as a scam or buzzwords)
any channel links should say it's a channel
I would prefer if the exact same link wasn't posted more than once where reasonable
If you didn't already know, you can submit links to @TechDirectoryGroup and talk there
