I suppose this kinda counts as tech gore, but my 2013 chevy volt got rear ended because I stopped for an ambulance, and the person who hit me ran off...

So now my fairly expensive car is pretty much ruined, since I didn't/couldn't have full coverage on it

So you know how HP constantly makes new batteries by moving the connector over so you can't reuse old ones, even though they're the same goddamn shape?

Well fitting the WRONG battery in this laptop WORKS

Showing HP didn't even change the programming on the controller

Again, worst of the big three manufacturers

Working in the repair field, I can completely confirm

The screen has some odd blemishes but they don't get in the way
The screws on the bottom cover have been replaced and there are two missing.
There's some scratches in various places


Otherwise, the laptop is in great condition
