Dell latitude charging killed by a knock-off charger. Wouldn't recognize the wattage.

Turned out to be PD4 (Protection Diode 4) that was shorted. It protected the board by going short circuit and slightly exploding. Replaced it and the board is charging again.

This is the equivalent to putting spoilers on a Model T
