It all starts well when I buy my Huawei P30 Pro 256gb for 400€. I asked myself, why a high-end phone so cheap? I ignored this and kept using it. Suddenly, I find out that Huawei is releasing the beta of Emui 10 based on Android 10. This is where the problems start. To sign up for that beta I needed Emui 9.1.193, I had 9.1.178. As the OTA never arrives, I decide to install 9.1.193 by HiSuite, a huawei program made to update the mobile and make backups. So far so good. I sign up for the Beta program, and wait 2 days to be accepted. They accept me on the 10th and I'm supposed to get the beta immediately via OTA. We are at 18, Emui 10 has not arrived. What has arrived is a few gifts from Huawei. Corrupt updates. After 2 days of being accepted I get an OTA of Emui 9.1.193 with Changelog of Emui 10. I install it and when I finish it takes me to the recovery saying that my system is damaged and needs to be repaired. I report this to huawei as the update only weighed 212mb and a security update usually weighs 300 or more. I report it to huawei and go on with my life after repairing the mobile. Today, I get a similar update weighing just 300mb. I install it again and it corrupts again, losing all my data for the second time. And when I go to contact with huawei, they tell me that the claim that I put days ago has not been read. Now I have a high-end mobile corrupt, without emui 10. Contact with the technical service and the one who attends me does not even know what is an OTA.
