The Kifiya AI Mastery Program, co-created with 10 Academy, celebrated the graduation of 91 data scientists from its second cohort.
Over 12 weeks, participants gained practical skills in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI, while solving real-world problems. 10 Academy played a key role in delivering this hands-on training, ensuring job readiness and real-world impact.
This program is a step forward in building Ethiopia’s AI talent pool to support the financial sector and promote inclusive solutions like uncollateralized lending for underserved communities.
Supported by the Mastercard Foundation, KAIM continues to focus on financial inclusion, job creation, and empowering women.
