From 15 Sep 2025, NPCI raises UPI limits for merchant/shop payments (not person-to-person):

• Most merchants: ₹5 lakh per transaction — ₹10 lakh/day
• Credit-card bill payments via UPI: ₹5 lakh per transaction — ₹6 lakh/day
• Jewellery shops: ₹2 lakh per transaction — ₹6 lakh/day

Banks may still apply lower per-transaction or daily caps.

Some apps have already begun submitting their apps compatible with iOS 26 for testing. For example, Chrome Beta now supports the iOS 26 keyboard and Liquid Glass.

That means apps will need to be updated for the iOS 26 keyboard to appear.
