If you don't care much about buying the latest iPhone, the iPhone 16 Pro Flipkart Big Billion Days deal is way better than getting the iPhone 17, if photography/videography is your main concern, that too from the rear cameras.
The iPhone 17 is more or less a complete package now, and the new Center Stage Camera is seriously good (finally a square sensor, this is super useful for serious photographers/videographers)
That said, you get the extra camera and support for ProRAW.
Also, not everyone would want to spend the extra money to get the 17.
That said, do keep in mind:
- Open Box Delivery, if the product is damaged/not worth accepting, you can of course deny, but the offer will be gone for good
- You are still getting a generation old phone, even if it's a Pro model
- You are missing out on the new features, however few they are
- From this sale onwards, consider the resale value of the 16 Pro series to also reduce A LOT.
