I purchased the Redmi Watch 5 Lite on October 3 because Xiaomi advertised Hindi language support. However, when it arrived, Hindi text didn’t display properly, appearing as blank boxes. Customer service directed me to a service center, which later replaced the watch, but the replacement had the same issue. Xiaomi then claimed the watch doesn’t support Hindi and removed this mention from their website. Despite multiple follow-ups and even attempts through Twitter, Xiaomi has provided no solution, leaving me feeling misled and unsupported.
