Samsung IMS Service update is now rolling out in India for Galaxy S25 Ultra running One UI 8 Beta 3
Yesterday it started in Korea, now global rollout is underway.
Here’s a quick step-by-step guide to update it on your Galaxy device
1. What is Samsung IMS?
It powers:
- HD Voice & Video Calls
- RCS (enhanced messaging)
This update improves call quality & rich communication experience on Galaxy devices.
2. How to check for the update:
Open the Phone app
Go to Settings → About Phone
You’ll see a notification: “IMS Service Update is available”

Q1 revenues soar to ₹49,463 Cr (+28.5% YoY), net income doubles to ₹5,948 Cr. India revenue shines at ₹37,585 Cr (+29% YoY).
2. Airtel's India mobile ARPU jumps to ₹250 (from ₹211 YoY), with 21.3M new smartphone users!
Homes business adds 939K customers, revenue up 25.7% YoY.
Network expansion: 1.8K towers, 43.7K km fiber.
3. Airtel's EBITDA hit ₹28,167 Cr (+41.2% YoY), margin at 56.9%.
India EBITDA: ₹22,352 Cr, margin 59.5% (up 598 bps). EBIT up 67% to ₹15,621 Cr.
Strong finances, Net Debt/EBITDAaL at 1.26x.
