Spotify, the world's largest music streaming service, has announced that it has managed to be profitable for a full year for the first time in 19 years!

This company had only been able to make a profit for one season before, but throughout these years it had been practically loss-making, and its expenses had exceeded its income.

But in 2024, the company had revenue of 15.6 billion euros, representing 18% growth, and 1.1 billion euros of that was profit, compared to a loss of 500 million euros last year.

One of the reasons for this increase in revenue is that Apple, after a $2 billion fine, is finally allowing Spotify to show its users the actual price of Apple's interest-free subnoscription and redirect users to the site for payment so that they don't have to pay Apple's fees.

Spotify's user base also increased by 35 million to 675 million, with 263 million of them having a premium subnoscription.

French company Mistral has launched its mobile app, Le Chat, which allows you to chat with the company's top models, create photos with Flux artificial intelligence, and run codes and analyze data for free but with limited capabilities.

In addition, the company has added a feature called Flash Answers to its site, which, when activated, switches the chat to a model that sends you answers at a high speed of up to 1100 tokens per second, which is much faster than competitors.
