Sony has unveiled the next generation of its flagship headphones, the WH-1000XM6, which, thanks to the new QN3 chip and more microphones, have the best noise cancellation system among headphones on the market. The sound and microphone quality are also better than before, and they are designed for greater comfort during long use.
Additionally, Sony has solved one of the problems with the XM5, and this generation can be folded, which requires a smaller case for transportation. The case has also been upgraded, and no longer uses a zipper for closure, but instead closes with magnets, making it much easier to open and close.
These headphones have up to 40 hours of battery life on a single charge, and Sony is selling them for $450, a $50 increase over the previous generation.
