MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ announced

MediaTek has launched the Dimensity 9300 Plus, which is overclocked version of Dimensity 9300 with the Cortex-X4 prime core running at 3.4Ghz, increased from 3.25GHz on the regular version

The Dimensity 9300+ supports the latest LLMs including AI Yi-Nano, Alibaba Cloud Qwen, Baichuan AI, ERNIE-3.5-SE, Google Gemini Nano, Meta Llama 2 and Llama 3.

Compared to its predecessor, the new chipset comes with AI powered by MediaTek’s new NeuroPilot Speculative Decode Acceleration technology.

It can run LLMs with 7B parameters at 22 tokens per second and support LLMs with scalability up to 33B parameters

Devices to be powered by Dimensity 9300+ includes Vivo x100S series, iQOO Neo 9S series, iQOO Pad 2 Pro and Redmi K70 Ultra/ Xiaomi 14T Pro
