1. We’re proud to announce Relay Pass Scalable Subnoscription, which contains 20GiB to 1 TiB traffic per month. Relay Pass Scalable Subnoscription allows customers with significant need for traffic to enjoy our premium networks at a lower price.
Due to resources limits and for the benefits of existing subscribers, Relay Access subnoscription is not applicable for new customers. We will take it back when our resources are available.

2. We will introduce a new BGP datacenter in early 2018 to relay networks to expand network capacity, controllability and stability. With our existing datacenters, we can provide our subscribers with way better services and networks.

3. We will introduce China Telecom Next Carrier Network to Relay Intermediate layers to optimize edge networks to US and Japan.

4. rixCloud will provide subscribers with up to 500 Mbps BGP networks in Relay tunnels in 2018, in respond of higher ISP broadband capacity.
Fiber malfunction was detected in the HKG01 data center and all servers in this data center are unavailable till tomorrow.

Part of our public message services are down due to fiber malfunction. We have switched to backup servers but some users might not receive authetication emails. If so, please login to management portal and click “Resend Authentication Email”.

For the benefit of beloved subscribers, rixCloud Relay product offers multiple access points with zero traffic rate or low traffic rate( smaller than 100%), which allows subscribers to use more data than that in their subnoscription. While some subscribers regard such benefits as a rixCloud obligation or part of our products and for this reason, some subscribers even blackmail rixCloud in an attempt to get a more massive amount of data transfer than they purchased. Such behavior is a serious violation of the original intention of rixCloud.

Thus, rixCloud, Inc. announces an immediate resumption of traffic flow rate back to 100% within all access points. Meanwhile, in some premium APs, rixCloud might likely set flow rate a little bit larger than 100% as it is.

Datacenter Maintenance Schedule

The HKG02 Datacenter will undergo electrical maintenance on November 19, 2017, from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. During the time network connection may be influenced.
Macau Access Point has been permanently removed due to extreme low usage.
Product / Subnoscription Transfer Fee Adjustment: The new Transfer Fee is 30.00CNY.

This price adjustment will take effect on November 20, 2017.
Due to the termination of SSTap project, rixCloud will stop support any issues related to SSTap software.
Our API is only compatible with Merilin 3.6.4/ LEDE 1.9.7 or older versions, we're still working to match with the new updates.
Users can use @rixCloudbot to associate rixCloud account with Telegram account.
Our Virtualization Host in HKG01 Datacenter is under virtualization maintanance, we have switched affected premium access nodes to backups, but low-priority Relay Access nodes in Hong Kong might be temporarily unavailable.
Currently, part of the rixCloud API for Telegram bind is not yet available.

Our access points in HK 1,5,6,10 are down because of a power outage. If you encounter connection problems, please change to other access points. We’ll switch them to backups.
Some users said they received an HTTP 403 error while obtaining a node subnoscription or managed configuration through the rixCloud API. This may be because the IP addresses of these users are marked as [Threat] by CloudFlare. We have taken steps to avoid this problem.
We have updated our "Surge Replace Project," and the project will now use "Quantumult" instead of "Shadowrocket."
