Users can use @rixCloudbot to associate rixCloud account with Telegram account.
Our Virtualization Host in HKG01 Datacenter is under virtualization maintanance, we have switched affected premium access nodes to backups, but low-priority Relay Access nodes in Hong Kong might be temporarily unavailable.
Currently, part of the rixCloud API for Telegram bind is not yet available.

We're aware that some customer might still wait for BLACKFRIDAY Special Offer this year, but unfortunately, we have no such plans.
To provide our customers with better service than before, our infrastructure cost has multiplied as it once was. Due to a resource limit and also for the good of existing customers, there will be no promotion before this year.
Should you be aware that all customers who subscribe our services at regular prices will be guaranteed to pay at least another one billing cycle at the current lowest price, according to our terms.
Our access points in HK 1,5,6,10 are down because of a power outage. If you encounter connection problems, please change to other access points. We’ll switch them to backups.
Some users said they received an HTTP 403 error while obtaining a node subnoscription or managed configuration through the rixCloud API. This may be because the IP addresses of these users are marked as [Threat] by CloudFlare. We have taken steps to avoid this problem.
We have updated our "Surge Replace Project," and the project will now use "Quantumult" instead of "Shadowrocket."
We are very pleased to see that Low-priority Relay Access Points are working in the way we expect. In the meantime, we are also pleased to announce that the commissioning of Low-priority Relay Access Points will be completed. All Low-priority Relay Access Points will be commercialized on January 1, 2018 and begin to calculate traffic consumption.
Should Low-priority Access Points continue to work after the high-speed traffic data are used up, from now on. This feature is only available for Relay Access subscribers and Pass Platinum subscribers.

rixCloud will bring Low Priority Access Points to the public officially on the first day of 2018. Traffic data through these access points will be calculated, but the traffic rates won't be larger than 50%.
The Terms and Conditions of rixCloud have been updated.

The new Terms and Conditions will take effect on December 15, 2017.

HK Relay 1 Access Point will be maintained on Dec 18 0900 - 1100, IP address of Edge Points will be changed but there will be no changes of performances.
Microsoft plans to remove TLSv1.0 and TLSv1.1 support on March 1, 2018.

All of rixCloud's services have completely removed TLSv1.0 and TLSv1.1 support so our users should not be affected. However, we still issue this notice to remind users that the infrastructure you are using is ready to access Microsoft Online Services in TLSv1.2-only environments.
From Jan 1st, 2018, rixCloud Subscriber Benefits will no longer appliable to Relay Pass Bronze or Relay Pass Silver subscribers.

Existing subscribers will not be affected, and after the renewal of the main subnoscription, benefits will be renewed too.
rixCloud Outbound Mail Service has been switched to MailChannels.

This status page service also provides subnoscription functionality to send messages to subscribers via RSS / Atom / Email when the status of the rixCloud service changed.
