rixCloud plans to prohibit users from creating or changing service passwords, but instead generating a random password directly from RANDOM.ORG.

Since we only use pre-generated credentials and API subnoscriptions in most cases, this approach can reduce the problems caused by weak passwords or special characters in service passwords.
Do you support us using a random password instead of creating a password by your own?

New Update - rixCloud Status

We've started rolling out redesigned subscriber emails. The default email template will now include affected components (with color to indicate their current state) and have a cleaner, more professional layout. Anything subscribers receive in their inbox – subnoscription confirmation, access control account creation, incident and scheduled maintenance notifications – will have this elevated look and feel. You should see this change take place over the next couple of weeks.
We received a notice from Alibaba Cloud. Due to the influence of No. 22 typhoon “Mangosteen”, the operator network in Shenzhen and Hong Kong may be unstable around September 16.
