We've updated Office 365 update settings to "Monthly Channel", our subscribers should be able to receive the latest Office 2019 (version 1809) update on Windows.


Office version 16.17 on macOS is the latest Office 2019.

rixCloud API v2 is now supporting Clash

We're pleased to announce our License Dashboard is online today. If your subnoscription include Surge license, please login to https://dash.rixcloud.me using your rixCloud account credential, and create User ID/Passcode for Surge Enterprise Edition.
Please use "rixCloud" as Company ID when you access Surge Enterprise Edition.

Only verified business subscriber can access rixCloud Surge Enterprise Edition.

rixCloud API version 1 is now deprecated.

rixCloud API version 1 will continue to work until Jan 1st, 2019. Till then, rixCloud API version 1 will not be accessible, and yet subscribers can't get any data from it.

If you see "Configuration is not compatible" when your request API Version 2, please check and update your configuration options. For example, SSR is not compatible with AEAD encryption method, and Surge / Clash is not compatible with SSR protocols.

If you're not familiar with the settings, please change all your configuration options to "compaible mode" and your encryption method to "RC4-MD5".

Pass Scalable Subnoscription - Platinum can be switched to Pass Scalable Subnoscription - Mithril, according to our new simplified business verification terms. If the Platinum subnoscription is valid longer than 11 months and has no additional services(such as our Subscriber Benefits), you can now submit a ticket to verify your business identity. If you're applicable to our new terms, your subnoscription will be switched to business level.

We are expanding bandwidth capacity of our Hong Kong Edge Network, which is expected to be completed within 15 days.

Our new policy regarding to certain violation of Terms and Conditions has been issued. Subscribers now have one chance to re-activate suspended subnoscription(after today) if supplemental agreement was signed.

All existing Mithril subscribers will receive a free 200GiB monthly traffic quota, and new Mithril subnoscription will be temporarily unavailable until new policy releases.

We're going to disable IPv6 on some of our HK routers, this won't affect your use in most scenerios.

The time for re-activate IPv6 is not yet scheduled.
