我们近期有客户在收到 BitTorrent 自动拦截通知后进行网络检查时发现网关设备（路由器）被黑客攻击，其路由器管理后台的密码和 SSH 密码均被篡改。

rixCloud 提醒所有在路由器等设备配置了公网访问的用户注意检查网络设备安全，及时更新系统以修补漏洞。对于开启了 SSH Server 的设备，应当遵循最佳实践禁用 root 用户访问和密码访问，并遵循最小可用原则监听尽可能少的公网端口。

根据 Google ISP 的报告，rixCloud Edge Network (AS64271) 的用户使用 YouTube 观看视频时，YouTube 都自动优选了 HD (1080p) 或更高清晰度的视频质量

We have set up a new Metro Connect between the rixCloud Edge Network and the rixCloud IEPL Network, which will improve peak performance, reduce latency, and improve stability.

We'll prepare the August network upgrade and migrate some old infrastructure to a new one.

During the migration, clients will see network interruption. This upgrade will change the IPs of some access points.

由于 PCCW 的 HKIX 故障，目前从 rixCloud HKG 区域访问 Edgecast CDN 出现故障，这会影响 Twitter 的所有静态资源（例如图片、视频等）。

此错误并未发生在 rixCloud Side，但我们的 NOC 团队将尽可能采取措施来缓解此问题。
