Living your life + being on social media ≠ contradictory

Most people have several things going on at once. Like you can have company but need some air, step out for a smoke, chat with a friend abs then resume your night.

Social Media should be used as a break from reality, not as a replacement for living. But just as well,.

There are many forces /entities that will use any information for their own selfish ends. You have to protect yourself.

On Androird devices, you can add/ move/ change the quick access buttons. Thr microphone abd camera permissions ate always two settings that I add.

Pro-tip:
Do these everytime
When not speaking in a space 》 turn off mic permissions
When not taking a photo 》 turn off camera access

Remember to be an active participant in life. Reality is much cooler than virtual reality.
