The path I find before me is not an easy one. Many people wouldn't choose it, and as a matter of fact, many have run from it in the past.

Many strong, able men and friends alike have fled in fear, abandoning me there. The pursuit of complete truth is the only path I know. Understand, I chose this road a very long time ago. I must continue on, with or without you.

This is my destiny - it's my purpose, my legacy of gold.

Truth will always prevail. I will discover the truth, the whole truth, and I will reveal it. Trust me when I say that. However, I do believe in free will.

That is to say, freedom of decision, not freedom from consequence. It would be wise for you to not hinder me on this path or to get in my way. Choosing neutrality will not be punished, but your decision of inaction will be remembered.

Dear Reader,

Below you will find a non exhaustive list of some measures to protect yourself from modern poisons and maintain a healthy and strong body.

— go to bed at a reasonable hour and rise with the sun.

— eat simple, with variety. Put the emphasis on vegetables and nuts. Avoid "tamasic" foods at all costs. The hardest it is to clean the pan, the less clean the food. Don't overcook, don't add too many spices.

— wear garments made of natural fabric. Protect your genitals. Synthetic fabric reduces testosterone levels and reduces sperm count.

— take cold showers! They make you more resilient mentally and physically. For a detailed analysis on the remarkable benefits of the cold on the cardiovascular system, study the case of Wim Hof.

— walk barefoot when the weather permits it and you find yourself in a non-urban setting. When you learn about and feel the benefits of grounding, I guarantee that you will like your shoes much less.

— protect yourself from EMF. Use your phone to communicate when necessary. Let the bugmen fry their balls 24/7 with their little tech toys. Turn off your wifi and/or mobile data when you don't need it. Live  away or make a plan to move away from the potent EMF grid of modern cities.

— beware of plastic and micro plastics. Keep your food away from it. Don't drink from it. Use wooden chopping boards. In general, gradually remove plastic objects from your house and use wooden furniture. The energy in your house will be more in tune with nature and will affect your being positively.

— drink fresh orange juice and avoid tap water.

— exercise intensely. The more you move your body and push hard the more energetic you will feel. Vitality!

— the Sun is life-giver and purifier.

THE MORRIGAN:


The Morrigan is a fearsome Celtic Goddess of Death, Destiny and Battle. A Trio of Sisters who appears as a Crow, she is the Keeper of Fate and Purveyor of Prophecy — She is said to be a Shape-Shifter, with many different figures she embodies, from a Battle Ready Warrior, a Raven or an Old Crone. Her appearances at the Death of Prominent figures such as those who fell at the Battle of the Cu Chulainn, caused Scholars to link her to Spirits such as The Banshees.

The Morrigan is linked to the likes of Fulacht na Mor Rioghna ("cooking pit of the Morrigan") in Tipperary. A Fulacht fiadh, or burned mount with a cooking pit, this Bronze Age site has been linked to the wandering bands of Young Warriors. A Second location consists of Two Hills in County Meath known as the Da Chich na Morrigna, or "Two Breasts" of The Morrigan — This landmark has been used in many Rituals by Druids, both Male and Female!

A valuable lesson was imparted to me by one of my teachers—an Eternal truth: in the presence of truth, the heart inevitably opens.
