We received 1,700+ applications , 42% over our target, including 550+ women and 160+ from vulnerable communities.
Just last year, only 19% of KAIM applicants were women. This round? 32%! The shift is real, thanks to focused outreach and growing interest in AI-powered finance.
KAIM isn’t just a training program: it's shaping Ethiopia’s FinTech future. While the market is catching up, our alumni are already building in AI, ML, and data engineering.

Training Completed | Collaboration with Kepler College in Rwanda
Our 12-week AI-powered project management program with Kepler College has successfully completed, with students receiving their certifications last week.
Through real-world challenges, final-year students gained hands-on experience and sharpened their problem-solving skills.
Tenx, our AI-enhanced learning platform, powered the journey; from auto-grading and performance tracking to smart onboarding and progress dashboards.
This collaboration has been inspiring, and we look forward to further collaboration, particularly through expanded use of Tenx to drive even greater impact in the future.
We’re also open to new collaborations with universities across Africa to bring practical, AI-powered learning experiences to more students.
