The Tenacious Recruitment Program (TRP 1) Week 1 has officially started at 10 Academy.
We’re starting Week 1 of the TRP program, and the learners’ commitment, energy, and readiness have already set an inspiring tone.
From nearly 1,200 applicants, The top 8% advanced into the program. Today, 96 trainees have officially started their journey, representing a highly driven and carefully selected cohort ready to grow into AI roles. Among them are 28% women, reflecting continued progress toward stronger representation within the AI talent pipeline.
We’re proud to support this cohort as they begin their journey and look forward to what they will achieve in the coming weeks.

Yesterday, we celebrated the virtual graduation of Kifiya AI Mastery (KAIM) Cohort 8, marking another milestone for our learners and the growing AI ecosystem.
This cohort graduated 180 learners, with 52% women, while 13% came from vulnerable groups and 12% from regional areas, reflecting strong diversity across the country.
Over three months, participants built practical skills in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering, applying their learning through hands-on and capstone projects.
Congratulations to all KAIM 8 graduates, we’re excited to see the impact you will create.
