As 2024 comes to a close, we look back with pride on the outcomes we've achieved with our community. This year, we trained 2321 individuals with global job-ready AI skills across diverse sectors. Out of 6556 applicants, 327 earned certifications, adding an estimated $92.9M to lifetime earnings! With every $1 invested generating $465 in employment income, our programs delivered a 465x ROI.
Scaling innovation was a key highlight this year. Our tenx platform revolutionized learning, supporting 10,000 learners simultaneously with AI tools for CV creation, job matching, and mock interviews. These innovations boosted efficiency by 60% while opening global job opportunities.
As we celebrate, we look forward to scaling even greater impact in 2025, empowering more African youth to thrive in an AI-driven future.
