I learned a concept called the 12 week year from the book " The 12 Week Year " and it is about thinking about a week as a month so 12 week ( 3 month) is count as a year so your deadline will not be that far so it push to more work and great growth
i am going to start it I will start sharing the progress from the 1st month (week) to the 12th month ( week ) so it will be my first 12 week year

Recently I got assigned a project by some one I admire and respect and wanted to assign my self that I will finish it before next week
It called Najah jobs which mean victory or success in arebic it is a job searching app
so basically he requested this:
- Build a tiny single-page app in Next.js with Tailwind that lists 10–15 local JSON “jobs”
- implement a case-insensitive search that matches noscript or company as the user types
- Include a lightweight tag filter (e.g., react, nextjs, css) that can combine multiple tags with AND logic
- a header with a simple English/Arabic toggle; when Arabic is active, flip the document direction to RTL and swap only the UI labels (e.g., Search/بحث, Filters/فلاتر, Submit/إرسال)
- Clicking a card opens a modal with more details and an “I’m interested” button that reveals a small contact form (name, email, short message). Validate the form on the client, prevent submit when invalid, and show a simple success state when valid no backend is required
- Keep the UI responsive with clear focus states, and ensure the RTL layout doesn’t break when Arabic is selected.

I can't sleep regarding am tring to and thinking how would I made it to sf until the next year and It is funny cause survival is my priority for now I don't know how would I will avoid sleeping on street of bahrain and making it to sf at the same time with only the night shift the stress is high but I hope I hope I'm in the right way cause my monkey mind is stressed as hell and questioning is am doing the right thing
