A member of the British Parliament from the left, Zara Sultana, is demanding a referendum in the country on the advisability of maintaining the monarchy. Her party believes that this institution should be abolished. Sultana is part of the Jeremy Corbyn's Your Party.

Most Brits were in favour of Queen Elizabeth, and at the very least respected her as a "professional". The same is less true towards King Charles and the rest of the Royal Family.

✨ But obviously, despite the shortcomings of Charles and his family, a referendum of this nature will certainly not happen any time soon.
