Dear Soul,

Just some observations i'd like to share

Its a marathon not a sprint... so i understand some of us are getting tired, demotivated because you gave all you got for a long time...

Its the greatest war of all.... with all assets put into place to attack you: trolls attacking you, gossip, controlled opposition that makes it difficult to know who to trust, loosing your job or lack of income because you decided to speak out & follow your heart, loosing family, friends, etc. etc.

Its an attack on the human spirit: spreading fear to disable the ability to think/feel clearly because accepting the truth will blow up your whole world so its feels better to ignore the ugly truth, slowly releasing the true purpose of [their] plans so people dont (want to) see whats really happening and being numbed (like boiling a frog...), facing all this true evil is too much to accept since most of use believe in the good of mankind and cant imagine the true evil that's taking place is true, distraction by social media, movies, sports etc etc. so you dont have to face the ugly truth

The fact that this all feels so unreal... so unrealistic makes that a lot just see it as a digital game where you can be a key board warrior complaining about all without stepping up to the real game...


But most of all: reality is weirder than fiction...

Dear Soul... what made you think: it doesn't add up? What made you feel there is more to it, more to me being here, right now?

We talk about going within and working on your own stuff.

And it just hit me.

Some of you don't know what the hell that means.

I know I didn't for the longest time.

And I'm going to attempt to explain it as I've experienced it and will continue to.

Going within means taking a good hard look at yourself.

What do you like about you?

What don't you like?

Why don't you like that?

No... I'm not talking physical characteristics I'm talking about your actual character.

How you treat yourself.
How you treat others.
How you move about the world.
How you respond.
How you react. (Yes.. there's a difference)

Don't you see? This is more than just a single day meditation. There isn't a pill you can take. There aren't steps written out for you to follow. No map will tell you when to go this way and when to turn back. You can't ask anyone else because they won't know the answer.

Because they don't know you like you do.

And frankly, anything they say about you is their opinion and it just doesn't matter. Because you can't change that.

You can only change you.

You can observe the way you engage with others.
The way you help them, encourage them, love them.
The way you judge them, envy them, disagree with them.

You can observe how much and how often you critique yourself.

You can watch how you respond to someone hurting and how you react to someone out of your own hurts.

You can see the brokenness in someone else and look for what it teaches you about your own self. Why is it so easy for you to see that about them? How do you relate?

In all of this observing, you're evolving. Transforming. Transmuting.

An unconscious soul just does. There's no introspection. There's no growth. No observation. Only temporary pleasures replaced by more temporary pleasures. Sometimes a dose of this or that to mute the conscious part of the soul that is crying for attention.

But when you take that observer seat, growth is already happening.

The second you start to ask yourself WHY you do the things you do and use the version of you that you love the most as your north star..... You've already transformed.

And every single day you continue to transform yourself into the you that you've always wanted to be.
