“In 2003, a Jewish doctor named Heidi Yellen conducted a study on the frequencies of fabric.

According to this study, the human body has a signature frequency of 100, and organic cotton is also the same. The study showed that if the number is lower than 100, it actually puts a strain on the body. A diseased, nearly dead person has a frequency of about 15, and that is where polyester, rayon, and silk register. Nonorganic cotton registers a signature frequency of about 70.

If the fabric has a higher frequency, it gives energy to the body. This is where linen comes in as a super-fabric. Its frequency is 5,000. Wool is also 5,000, but when mixed together with linen, the frequencies cancel each other out and fall to zero.

You cant fight darkness by focussing on it & thinking of how to defeat it
You just defeat it by focussing on yr inner light & let it shine through yr heart

You cant fight yr anxious ego & negative thoughts by focussing on it & thinking of how to defeat it
You just defeat it by surrender to what is aka being in the moment & let yr higher Self come in & guide you

You cant fight negative, jealous, ingorent people by trying to convince them the other way
You just defeat it them by focussing on yr self, just yourself & show yr inner light and actions guided by yr higher Self - a power that cant be ignored...

You cant fight yr negative thoughts that might say: that sounds too easy but i cant do it, it never worked for me etc.
You just defeat it by just being
Just be yourself, with all there is

So dont fight
Embrace yourself
Your inner light
Your higher Self
Just you
Be

And demand all other energies to just fck off 😅

Shifting my mindset from "am I worthy of this person?" to "is this person worthy of me?" has been instrumental in my recovery from chronic people-pleasing and low self-esteem.
